Harborline Water Co. Warranty

Limited product and installation warranty for qualifying Harborline Water Co. systems.

At Harborline Water Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the water treatment systems we sell and install. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser of each qualifying system, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage applies only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with applicable Harborline and manufacturer instructions and system specifications.

Replacement parts or warranty service do not extend or restart the original warranty period. Replacement parts remain covered only for the balance of the original applicable warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Improper installation not performed or authorized by Harborline
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
• Freezing, flooding, fire, lightning, or other acts of nature
• Water conditions outside the design or operating specifications of the installed system
• Contaminant levels that foul or prematurely exhaust filters, resin, media, or membranes beyond normal service expectations
• Normal maintenance items and consumables unless specifically included in writing

Manufacturer Defects

Where a failure is attributable to a manufacturer defect, the applicable manufacturer-backed warranty governs the covered component. Harborline’s responsibility for labor is limited to the labor coverage stated above unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, contact Harborline Water Co. and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Installation documentation, if requested
• A description of the issue and any photos or videos reasonably requested to diagnose the problem
• Any manufacturer return authorization or supporting documentation required for the component involved

Warranty parts must be installed by Harborline or a Harborline-approved technician when required by the applicable warranty.

Limitation of Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this written warranty is the exclusive Harborline warranty for the covered system and is provided in place of other warranties, express or implied, except for rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harborline is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. Harborline’s total liability arising solely under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the covered system.

Free Installation Offer

When Harborline advertises “Free Installation,” standard installation labor is included in the quoted package price rather than charged as a separate installation line item. Any non-standard plumbing, electrical, drainage, structural, permit, repair, or site-specific work outside the standard installation scope will be identified and priced before the work is performed.
